1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or utilizing the Zephyr Restaurant Ordering & Management Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

2. Services Offered

Zephyr provides cloud-based POS integration, digital menus, QR ordering, KDS monitors, and UPI payment reconciliation services. We reserve the right to alter, enhance, or discontinue any feature at our discretion.

3. Subscription Fees & Payment

All subscription plans (Starter, Professional) are billed on a monthly basis in INR. Fees are non-refundable unless specified otherwise in our Refund Policy. Failure to pay billing charges may lead to suspension of access.

4. User Accounts & Responsibilities

Restaurant owners must maintain secure credentials for their partner accounts. You are solely responsible for all orders, billing transactions, and customer support queries originating from your outlet.

5. Limitation of Liability

Zephyr is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Under no circumstances shall Zephyr Labs Private Limited be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from transaction failures or service interruptions.
