Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellations

Zephyr operates as a monthly subscription service. You can cancel your subscription (Starter, Professional plans) at any time through the merchant dashboard settings. Upon cancellation, your access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.

2. Refund Windows

We provide a **7-day money-back guarantee** for new merchant sign-ups on their first monthly billing cycle. If you are unsatisfied with the platform setup, notify prakash@fennefox.com within 7 days of activation to request a full settlement refund.

3. Transaction Failures

If a billing transaction (e.g. PhonePe renewal payment) fails or is double-charged due to gateway latency, we will automatically reconcile the transaction log and return duplicate funds to the original payment source within 5 to 7 business days.

4. Custom Integrations

One-off custom setup fees, legacy hardware procurement costs, or personalized domain mapping services are non-refundable once configurations have been provisioned by our engineers.
