We collect restaurant business metadata (names, locations, emails, phone numbers) during merchant registration. For end-consumers/diners scanning table QR codes, we collect order selections, transaction status references, and basic device metrics to coordinate live KDS sync.
2. How We Use Information
Collected details are utilized to route cooking tickets to kitchen screens, sync receipts with billing registers, reconcile payment gateways (PhonePe, UPI VPAs), send WhatsApp or SMS updates, and provide operational stats to administrators.
3. Data Protection & Storage
All information is transmitted using secure SSL encryption and housed on firewall-protected cloud database nodes. We do not sell or trade diner profiles, transactional details, or payment identities to third-party marketing brokers.
4. Cookie Consent

5. Compliance & Rights
If you wish to remove your restaurant metadata, review order history logs, or delete diner profiles from our backups, contact prakash@fennefox.com to execute a database deletion request.
