1. Digital Service Delivery

Zephyr is primarily a cloud software platform. All software capabilities, database provisions, and digital merchant dashboards are provisioned instantly upon successful subscription checkout or sign-up confirmation.

2. Printed QR Sticker Shipping

For merchants requesting printed QR code tabletop stickers: - We print and dispatch custom table QR stands or vinyl decals within **2 business days** of menu confirmation. - We deliver physical assets across India using registered courier agents (Delhivery, Blue Dart). - Shipment delivery times range between **3 to 5 business days** depending on regional accessibility.

3. Shipping Fees

Standard delivery of the initial printed QR sticker set is complimentary for Professional subscription holders. Subsequent custom reprints, heavy acrylic stands, or expedited express courier deliveries are charged at cost during checkout.

4. Damaged Deliveries

If physical QR stands or table stickers arrive bent, scratched, or scanned incorrectly, contact prakash@fennefox.com with photographic evidence within 48 hours of receipt. We will expedite printing and dispatch a replacement package free of charge.
